Shipping Information: International Shipping
IRADAA orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. For those last-minute purchases, Express delivery is available to most destinations.
All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.
DHL EXPRESS: Most of Europe and USA: delivery within 4-10 days Rest of the world:
delivery within 3-7 days
Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. IRADAA cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimize any potential delays.
Shipping Information: Domestic Shipping
All orders are processes within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or SMS.
Changed your mind? We allow you to cancel an item before we prepare your order.
To cancel your order:
- Go to ‘Orders & Returns’ if you have an account, or click here if you placed an order as a guest.
- Select the items you want to cancel and your reason for cancellation.
Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs, custom duties and taxes within a certain amount of days. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way. You can check the status in My Account under ‘Orders & Returns’.
If you are eligible, we may be able to issue your refund as IRADAA credit if you prefer; the amount will effortlessly apply at checkout the next time you shop with us.
It is our aim that every item arrives in great condition and we hope you’re always thrilled with your purchase. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on site, please advise Customer Service as soon as possible. Where possible we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you or a return for a full refund of the defective item.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
